Privacy statement

Placeholder for Castrol's own privacy text. The technical facts of the service:

• All personal data is stored and processed inside the EU.
• Customer name, email, phone and notes are deleted or anonymised 24 months after the appointment date; anonymised booking rows are kept for statistics.
• Consent is recorded with a timestamp and the privacy statement version.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, cookies or third-party fonts in the booking widget.
